On Monday our ICT cluster had a techie day. I wanted to learn more about google docs so I joined the goole doc group. This YouTube video explains what it is. Our school started using google docs just a few months ago and we can hardly imagine life without it now. It is a great tool for collaborative work because everyone you invite can see and add to a document. I encourage you to have a go and explore how it can make life more efficient for you.
They are useful Evelyn! What would we do without them now? I still want to work out a good way to organise everything and make things easy to find- the more docs you have the harder it is to find what you want!
Yes totally agree Evelyn. Being able to access and edit a document from any computer and at the same times as others is fantastic. Would like to explore more though.
